PROBLEM SOLUTION
No signal on your TV Make sure your HDMI or AV cable is securely connected.
Check if you have selected the correct input source for your TV.
Jetstream box won’t turn on Make sure the power cord is completely plugged into the DC socket of your box.
Check your power outlet.
Can’t connect to network For Ethernet. Make sure the cable is connected properly.
For WiFi. Make sure the network says “Connected” and you have entered the proper security key.
Make sure you have selected the correct IP address settings.
Remote control doesn’t respond Make sure your two AAA batteries are good.
You need to be within 20 feet of the box.
Make sure the front of the box is not blocked.
Some of the image is not showing on your TV. Set up the screen display position of your Box.
